What do you do in 20°, but “feels like 8°” weather? An engagement session ofcourse!!!
More in a week or so!

A couple years ago, I started to keep down the amount of weddings I took on that way I could have more time to focus on each one and also so I could have free time as well. Sometimes, I like to second shoot for someone else on some of those free weekends!
For this wedding I helped out Ashley Stelzer of AE Stelzer Photography on Arthur and Shalene’s wedding. Their ceremony was a traditional Greek Wedding Ceremony held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Waterbury, CT – followed by a reception at Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT. This wedding was the night that Hurricane Sandy was coming in…and most of the guests were from New Jersey – I’m sure they all had a crazy drive back home so I hope they were all safe!
Also on hand was the video crew from Long Haul Films – I had heard great things about them previously, and it was awesome to work with them.

This session had two purposes:
1) Allea + Maurizio are engaged! This is kind of a pre-engagement session…they will have a more suitable session later on, maybe when the weather warms up a little bit.
2) Allea thought it would be great to get some photos for her parents for the holidays along with her brother Vinny!
Their dog, Enzo, was also brought along!!! We all know I love that…
