Meg and Ben’s Wedding: Lake View Pavilion – Foxborough, MA
Ben and Meg contacted me all the way from Las Vegas to shoot their Massachusetts wedding. Ben is originally from Massachusetts, while Meg is from Las Vegas. During one of her bridesmaids toasts, we all found out how they met…Meg approached Ben while they were both out at the same place, and simply told him “You’re buying me a drink!”…and I guess the rest is history!
This wedding was at Lake View Pavilion in Foxborough and also turned out to be on a MONDAY! Not a holiday-Monday either. It was actually pretty awesome to do a weekday wedding. Such a nice change from the normal! Meg made sure to have a lot of great personalized details incorporated into her wedding. More comments in between the photos below! This one is going to be a long one!
.
The dress below is Meg’s second dress, which she was going to change into towards the end of the night!
.
I LOVE the photo above. You can see two girls working on the bottom of Meg’s dress, then one fixing her hair…the look on Meg’s face is just priceless! Enjoying every minute!
Below, I quickly joined the guys for a few shots. Ben was re-writing his vows so he could actually read his handwriting, then before I left them, they were all switching their jackets to figure out who’s was who’s because they were not labeled. Ha!

Quick shot of the girls before the ceremony!

.
Then Meg reaches into her POCKET (another pocket dress! so cool!) for her phone, which has her vows on it.
.
.
After the first dance, came the toasts. There were a few of them and they were very thoughtful and full of many memories! I think it lasted about half hour or so?
.
.
Oh boy…here we go. So they do their Bouquet and Garter tosses. But then they decided to do the ol’ “Switch the girl with the groom”…and it was probably one of the best switches I have ever seen…
.
.
And here’s the switch! Notice that Ben even went so far as to put on a stocking!
.
.
Touching the leg “to make sure”…
.
.
Then he gets suspicious…I think because of Ben’s feet having a bit of a smell to them
Meg’s bridesmaid thinks quick and steps in herself to offer her own leg as “proof” that its a girl…
.
.
The blindfold falls down, and the truth is out!!!.

Yaritza, I hope you do not mind, I added this link to my FB page regarding the lucky guy who caught the garter belt. That was priceless and your pictures again are phenomenal!
Too funny! No problem!!!
